• Clean interior window including glass, jam, frame, track and sill (initial clean and then recommended quarterly)

• Dust baseboards, light fixtures, furniture, shelves, blinds, and décor (Please ask me about “wiping” blinds as separate event)

• Clean all mirrors (and television screens only with your approval)

• Wipe door knobs and light switch plates (initial clean and then every clean)

• Wipe down all doors front and back (initial clean and then maintain as needed)

• Wipe all ceiling fans that can be reached with a 3' step ladder

• Vacuum/mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs throughout the home

• Empty all wastebasket throughout the home

Bathrooms

• Clean showers, tubs, sinks and fixtures

• Clean and disinfect toilet, including bowl, seat, hinges, lid, tank, base and entire exterior

• Clean all mirrors and chrome

• Damp-wipe cabinet fronts (initial clean and then maintain as needed)

• Clean door knob, wipe down door front and back and wipe/shine light switch plate

• Clean sink and faucet

• Clean all appliance surfaces

• Clean stove top

• Wash and disinfect counter-tops (we move everything every time)

• Damp-wipe cupboard fronts, table, and chairs (initial clean and then maintain as needed)

• Clean microwave oven inside and out, including glass turntable.

• Mop kitchen floor

• Polish all stainless steel appliances/trashcan(s)

Other routine tasks, such as changing bed linens, loading/unloading dishwasher, folding laundry, etc., cheerfully provided upon request!
